We are committed to total customer
satisfaction whether paying by credit card, cheque, money
order or wire transfer, if you are not satisfied with any
product our product you can exchange it within 15 days of
receipt of item upto 100% of its paid value.
After 15 days, you can exchange upto 75% of its paid value.
As a standard policy we do not issue refunds. Shipping or
courier charges for returning back the product will be paid
by you.
Items bought in exchange will not be allowed for a second
time re-exchange or exchange. If the value of new product is
more than the value returned at time of exchange, only
balance will be charged to you.
